三元相图在配煤结渣特性研究中的应用
APPLICATION OF THREE-ELEMENT PHASE DIAGRAM IN STUDY ON SLAGGING BEHAVIOR OF BLENDED COAL
【摘要】 采用SiO2-Al2O3-CaO三元相图分析了榆林煤与平朔煤掺配后混煤结渣倾向的变化,并利用沉降炉试验方法验证了三元相图的分析结果。沉降炉试验结果与三元相图分析显示,混煤的结渣倾向性明显降低,并且随着平朔煤掺配比例的增大,结渣程度逐渐减弱。因此,可利用三元相图优化选择配煤煤种和预测掺配效果。
【Abstract】 By using three-element phase diagram of SiO2-Al2O3-CaO,the change of slagging tendency of blended coal after blending Yulin Coal and Pingshuo coal has been analysed,and result of analysis by using the three-element phase diagram being verified by adopting test method of the fallout furnace.The test result of fallout furnace and the analysis result of three-element phase diagram show that the slagging tendency of the blended coal has been substantially lowered,and the slagging degree being more weakened along with increasing the proportioning ratio of Pingshuo coal.Therefore,the three-element phase diagram can be used for optimization in selecting the blending coal sorts,and for predication of the blending effectiveness.
