垃圾焚烧飞灰熔渣理化特性研究
STUDY ON PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF MOLTEN SLAG FOR FLY ASH FROM MSW INCINERATION
【摘要】 城市生活垃圾焚烧炉(MSWI)飞灰的熔融处理是一种新兴的、先进的垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化、减量化、资源化处理方式。在电热式熔融试验装置上进行垃圾焚烧飞灰熔融试验研究,采用压汞仪系统地分析了飞灰熔融所得熔渣的物理特性(孔隙率、比表面积),并研究了熔融温度、时间对其物理特性的影响;采用XRD分析了飞灰与熔渣的晶相,研究了熔融温度、冷却方式以及氧化钙添加剂对熔渣晶相的影响。
【Abstract】 The melting treatment of fly ash from municipal solid waste(MSW) incineration is a newly emerging advanced method for disposal of fly ash from MSW incineration,which can make the disposal of fly ash to be harmless,to reduce ash quantity,and to reuse them.The test study of molten fly ash from MSW incineration has been earried out on an electrothermic type molten test facility,the physical properties of molten slag for said fly ash,such as porosity,and specific surface area etc.,being systematically analysed by using the mercury intrusion meter,and the influence of molten temperature and time upon the physical property being studied.The crystal phase of fly ash and molten slag has been analysed by using XRD,and the influence of molten temperature,cooling mode,and dosage of calcium oxide upon crystal phase of the molten slag being also studied.
