300MW火电机组过热蒸汽温度模型预测控制研究
STUDY ON MODEL PREDICTIVE CONTROL OF SUPERHEATED STEAM TEMPERATURE FOR 300 MW COAL-FIRED UNIT
【摘要】 在分析300 MW机组过热蒸汽温度被控对象特点的基础上,提出了一种基于模型算法控制的模型预测控制策略,分析并设计了控制算法的基本过程和过热蒸汽温度MPC-PID串级控制结构。采用MATLAB软件编制了过热蒸汽温度控制系统仿真程序,对该模型预测控制系统和常规控制系统进行了仿真研究和比较。结果表明,过热蒸汽温度MPC-PID控制系统具有较好的给定值跟随性、抗干扰性和鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 Based on analyzing features of taking the superheated steam temperature as a controlled object,a model predictive control(MPC) strategy based on the model algorithm control has been put forward,and the basic process of model algorithm as well as MPC-PID cascade control structure being analysed and designed respectively.The emulation program for superheated steam temperature has been worked out by using the MATLAB software,and the emulation study and comparision between the said MPC and the convertional control system being carried out.Results show that the MPC-PID superheated steam temperature control system has better set-point tracking property,anti-interference,and robustness.
