【摘要】 本文通过对中国人口学科60年发展的过程与得失的回顾,对学科发展中存在的问题与面临的挑战的分析,证实了这样一个道理,中国人口学科发展的后劲离不开内发增长力的培育,也就是本学科理论与方法的不断创新和广泛应用,而决定这个内发增长力的重要因素之一是拥有一支规模不断扩大、结构日益提升、学科意识和建设能力持续增强的人口学学术队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Looking backward sixty years development and the pros and cons of Demography Science in China,analyzing the existing problems and challenges,we argue that the development of Demography Science has a bearing on the capacity building,that is the constant innovation and expanding application of theories and methods of demography.One of the important factors affecting capacity building is to have the academic team of demography that is expanding in size,improving in structure and enhancing in disciplinary awareness and construction ability.更多还原
