基于谱色测温的航空煤油池火焰温度分布实验研究

【摘要】 火焰温度是表征燃料燃烧特性的基本热力参数。根据谱色测温的线性发射率假设模型,结合三基色的光谱响应函数,对直径分别为0.15、0.20、0.30和0.60m航空煤油池火焰温度分布进行实验研究,给出了火焰温度在轴向垂直高度上的连续分布规律,对比分析了不同直径油池火焰平均温度。结果表明,燃料表面区域温度相对较低,在连续火焰区上部,随着高度的增加火焰温度上升,在火焰上部的间歇区,火焰温度在轴向高度上的变化比较紊乱,弥散程度较大;不同直径油池火焰平均温度分布在1180~1220K,随着油池直径的增大,火焰平均温度有所上升。

【Abstract】 Flame temperature is a key parameter of fuel burning characteristic. Flame temperature distribution was obtained with primary spectrum pyrometry method. In these experiments, the diameters of circular pools were 0.15, 0.20, 0.30 and 0.60m respectively. The fundamental and measure process were introduced in details. Flame temperature distribution along the upright direction was studied and the average temperatures of different diameters were discussed. The results show that there are three zones in which flame temperature changes in different rules. Flame temperature is low near the fuel surface, and in the continual flame zone flame temperature increases with height, however, in the intermittent zone flame temperature is turbulent. The average flame temperatures of different diameters ranged at 1 180-1 220 K, and it also increases with the increasing of pool diameter.
