铝复合添加剂的磨损自修复和摩擦学特性

【摘要】 研制了铝复合半流体脂,采用机械摩擦涂覆的方法,在铜基体上获得了较厚的摩擦涂层。在MS-800型摩擦磨损实验机上,考察了摩擦涂层在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损特性,对比了加入Al-Sn 2种添加剂与加入Al-Sn-Zn 3种添加剂形成摩擦涂层的摩擦学特性,用X射线能谱仪和扫描电镜分析了表面主要元素和涂层厚度。试验结果表明,铝复合半流体脂形成的自修复摩擦涂层的厚度为15~25μm,它能有效地改善摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能。

【Abstract】 Al complex semi-liquid grease was prepared.Adopting mechanical friction besmearing technique,the obvious thick friction coatings on the Copper-base were obtained.On a rebuilding model MS-800 4-balls tester,friction and wear behavior of the coatings under various loads was reviewed.Tribological properties were compared separately with two sorts of coatings,one is contained Al-Sn two additives and another is contained Al-Sn-Zn three additives.Analysis of the surface element distribution and coating thickness was made by means of Energy Dispersion X-ray spectrometer(EDX) and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results indicate that the thickness of self-repairing friction coatings formed by Al complex semi-liquid grease reaches to 15~25 μm.The anti-wear and friction reducing behavior of tribo-pair can be improved effectively.
