溶胶凝胶法制备连续莫来石纤维的工艺研究

【摘要】 以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为纺丝助剂,结合硝酸铝和正硅酸乙酯的水解,用溶胶-凝胶法制得了多晶单相连续莫来石纤维。首先对不同PVB含量的乙醇溶液的最大加水量进行了研究,给出了体系的拟三元相图,并阐述了水在此体系中的作用。热分析表明600℃以下PVB被完全排出,980℃开始生成莫来石。晶相分析显示在1200℃保温0.5 h发生完全莫来石化。通过电镜观察到纤维表面光滑致密无缺陷,直径均一。

【Abstract】 Polycrystalline single-phase continous,Mullite fibers were prepared by sol-gel method combined with the hydrolysis of Al(NO3)3 and TEOS using PVB as spinning additive.The quasi-ternary phase diagram of PVB/ethanol/H2O system was investigated.DSC-TGA analysis showed that the PVB were exclusive below 600 ℃,and the change from amorphous to mullite was detected at about 980 ℃.XRD analysis showed that the complete transformation to mullite was observed when samples were sintered at 1200 ℃ for 0.5 h.The results of SEM showed dense surface around fibers.
