一维链状2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸桥联铜配位聚合物[Cu2(2,4-D)2(Im)4]n(NO3)2n的合成与晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1 D Chain Coordination Polymer [Cu2(2,4-D)2(Im)4]n(NO3)2n with 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid Ligand
【摘要】 合成了一个新的配位聚合物[Cu2(2,4-D)2(Im)4]n(NO3)2n(2,4-D-=2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸根,Im=咪唑),并对其进行了元素分析、红外和单晶X射线的表征。结果表明:该配位聚合物属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.8159(3)nm,b=0.9473(3)nm,c=1.2413(4)nm,α=89.518(4)°,β=75.136(4)°,γ=82.095(4)°,Z=1,F(000)=486,最终R=0.0409,wR=0.1021。在配位聚合物分子中,Cu离子有两种配位方式:Cu1与2个2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸根中的2个羧酸根上的2个氧原子及2个咪唑的2个N原子配位,形成了平面平行四边形,而Cu2与2个2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸根中的2个羧酸根上的4个氧原子、2个醚氧原子以及2个咪唑的2个N原子配位,形成了六配位变形八面体结构。每个2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸根桥联2个配位环境不同的Cu原子形成一维链状结构,相邻Cu…Cu原子之间的距离为0.4736 nm。
【Abstract】 A novel coordination polymer [Cu2(2,4-D)2(Im)4]n(NO3)2n(2,4-D-=2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid,Im=imidazole) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1-with a= 0.8159(3) nm,b=0.9473(3) nm,c=1.2413(4) nm,α= 89.518(4) °,β= 75.136(4) °,γ= 82.095(4) °,Z=1,F(000)=486,the final R= 0.0409 and wR=0.1021.There are two coordination modes for the two copper(Ⅱ) ions: the Cu1 ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate and two imidazole molecules,form a planar square coordination geometry.The Cu2 ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate and two imidazole molecules,form an octahedral coordination geometry.The two adjacent copper(II) atoms are bridged by 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate,and form a one-dimensional chain along the b axis.The adjacent distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 0.4736 nm.
