ZnGeP2晶体的合成与生长
Synthesis and Growth of ZnGeP2 Crystals
【摘要】 采用双温区法合成ZnGeP2多晶料;采用布里奇曼法生长ZnGeP2单晶,晶体尺寸为22×90 mm2。晶体透光范围0.7~12.0μm,平均透过率达到56%;OPO光参量震荡器件尺寸6×6×15 mm3,采用2μm的泵浦光,产生4W以上的3.8~4.5μm激光输出。
【Abstract】 ZnGeP2 polycrystal was synthesized by two-temperature area technique.ZnGeP2 single crystals were grown by Bridgman technique.The size of single crystal was 22×90 mm2.The crystals were transparent in the range of 0.7~12.0 μm,the average transmittance reached up to 56%;ZnGeP2 optical parametric oscillation using 2 μm pumping laser could generated more than 4 W output from 3.8-4.5 μm.
