【摘要】 【目的】建立芪术调经散中人参和三七的鉴别方法。【方法】以三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷R f为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对芪术调经散中人参和三七进行鉴别。【结果】通过利用人参特征性成分人参皂苷R f和三七特征性成分三七皂苷R1,并综合人参和三七中共有成分人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re及人参皂苷Rb1,可对芪术调经散中人参和三七进行鉴别。【结论】该方法简便可行,可用于芪术调经散中人参和三七的同时鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up a method for the identification of Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng in Qizhu Tiaojing Powder(QTP).Methods With notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rf as the observation parameters,Radix Notoginseng and Radix Ginseng in QTP were identified by HPLC.Results Based on the specific ingredients of ginsenoside Rf in Radix Ginseng and notoginsenoside R1 in Radix Notoginseng,and with reference to their common ingredients of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1,Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng can be identified in QTP.Conclusion The established method is simple and effective for the simultaneous identification of Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng in QTP.更多还原
