【摘要】 【目的】观察益智宁煎剂对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)模型动物——自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的主动注意力的影响。【方法】选用SHR大鼠36只,随机分为益智宁高、低剂量组(剂量分别为14.54、7.27 g.kg-1.d-1)和空白对照组,采用"五项选择的连续反应时间任务"方法检测给药前后大鼠持续性主动注意力的变化。【结果】益智宁高、低剂量组大鼠持续性主动注意力显著提高,与给药前及空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),但两剂量组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。【结论】益智宁煎剂可改善SHR大鼠的持续性主动注意力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Yizhining Decoction(YD) on active attention of the spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR),which are used as the animal model of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods Thirty-six SHR were equally randomized into high-dose YD(at a dose of 14.54g·kg-1·d-1)group,low-dose YD(at a dose of 7.27g·kg-1·d-1)group and control group.The changes of sustained active attention in SHR were observed by the method of 5-choice serial response time task before and after treatment.Results The sustained active attention in both high-dose and low-dose YD groups was presented obviously in advance,and the difference was significant(P<0.01) compared with that before treatment and that in the control group,but the difference was insignificant(P>0.05)between high-dose and low-dose groups.Conclusion Yizhining Decoction can improve the sustained active attention of SHR.更多还原
