【摘要】 目的:探讨针刺对家兔慢性高眼压及慢性高眼压下前房角组织超微结构的影响及作用机理。方法:用后房注射2%α-糜旦白酶溶液0.1mL的方法建立家兔实验性慢性青光眼模型。将具有实验性慢性高眼压的36只家兔随机分为针刺组、西药组和空白组,每组12只,各组分别用针刺或滴用0.5%噻吗心安眼液治疗和不予任何治疗,观察每组家兔的眼压变化和光镜、电镜下前房角组织病理学变化。结果:针刺组眼压较空白组明显下降,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),针刺组与西药组的眼压比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);组织病理学检查见针刺组房角区的小梁网和Schlemm管结构改善明显优于空白组,其损伤也较西药组轻。结论:针刺治疗慢性高眼压家兔可能是通过恢复小梁网结构,改善小梁网功能,从而起到降低慢性实验性高眼压的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effect of acupuncture on ultrastructure of angle of anterior chamber in rabbits with chronic intraocular hypertension,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods:Rabbit models of chronic glaucoma were established by injection of 2% α-Chymotrypsin 0.1mL through posterior chamber. Thirty-six rabbits with chronic intraocular hypertension were equally randomized into 3 groups:acupuncture group,western medicine group(external application of 0.5%Timolol drop) and blank control group. The changes of intraocular hypertension and ultrastructure of angle of anterior chamber were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results:Intraocular hypertension was decreased in acupuncture group as compared with that in the blank control group(P < 0.01),but the difference was insignificant between acupuncture group and western medicine group(P > 0.05). The results of pathological examination showed that the structure of trabecular reticulum and Schlemm duct in the angel of anterior chamber was much improved in acupuncture group than that in the other two groups. Conclusion:Acupuncture has an effect on decreasing the intraocular hypertension in rabbits with chronic intraocular hypertension,and its mechanism may be related with the improvement of the structure and function of trabecular reticulum.更多还原
