【摘要】 2006年10月至2007年6月,在浙江苍南渔寮湾人工养殖海区进行了温度对羊栖菜生长影响的实验。在整个栽培期中出现秋季和春季两个快速生长期,第一个快速生长期出现在10-11月,第二个出现在3-4月。经过210 d的养殖,平均长度达到1.4 m,平均株重量为1.4 kg。养殖个体繁殖盛期出现在5月底-6月上旬达到。根据试验结果,初步认为在表层水温为2～29℃的范围内,生长温度4～25℃,生长适温范围4～23.5℃,最适温度为14～21.6℃,生长适温代表值17.8℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Raft culture of Sargassum fusiforme(Harvey) Setch(vernacularly known as Yangqicai) were conducted in the surface water of Yuliao Bay in Zhejiang Cangnan from October,2006 to June,2007,the cultural period were 210 days.The results showed that there were two fast growth periods in the seasons of autumn and spring during the cultivation.The first fast growth period presented to that October and the November,while the second fast growth period presented to that March and April.At the end of the cultivation,the average length of the fronds was 1.4 m,and the average weight was 1.4 kg.The breeding events of the samples cultivated in surface waters occurred in the end of May to the first ten days of June.Based on the observation,we found that the growth temperature of the algae was from 4 ℃ to 25 ℃,when it was cultured in the surface water,the temperature of which ranged from 2 ℃ to 29 ℃.The suitable growth temperature ranged from 4 ℃ to 23.5 ℃,and the optimum temperature ranged from 14 ℃ to 21.6 ℃,the representative point was 17.8 ℃.更多还原
