【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of formaldehyde in crab tissues by steam distillation and 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization was developed.In the ranges of 5.0-80.0 mg/kg,the mean fortification recoveries were between 83.6% and 92.3%,The RSDs are all less than 5.0%.The detection limit for the method was 0.20 mg/kg.更多还原
