CTS-EDTA的合成与鉴定及其体外螯合Sr2+的研究

【摘要】 目的合成CTS-EDTA,并比较CTS与CTS-EDTA螯合Sr2+的能力。方法通过N-酰化反应合成CTS-EDTA,通过原子吸收光谱法比较CTS与CTS-EDTA螯合Sr2+的能力。结果红外图谱与核磁氢谱均证实成功合成了CTS-EDTA,体外实验表明CTS-EDTA螯合Sr2+的效率在10min后可达到80%以上,而CTS与Control(空白对照)无明显差异。结论N-酰化反应能合成CTS-EDTA,且CTS-EDTA螯合Sr2+的能力明显优于CTS。

【Abstract】 Objective To obtain chitosan(CTS)-ehylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) compound(CTS-EDTA compound),and compare the chelating ability to Sr2+ of CTS and CTS-EDTA.Methods To synthesize CTS-EDTA compound by N-acylation reaction,and use atomic absorption spectrometry to measure the Sr2+ concentration changes in the SrCl2 solution with CTS and CTS-EDTA respectively.Results FTIR and 1H-NMR spectrum showed that CTS-EDTA compound was made successfully,and CTS-EDTA’s chelating efficiency to Sr2+ was over 80% in 10min,but CTS was almost the same as Control.Conclusion CTS-EDTA’s chelating ability to Sr2+ was obiviously better than CTS.
