有机肥、无机肥与微肥配施对色素辣椒品质的影响

【摘要】 在大田条件下,采用L25(56)正交试验设计,研究山西石灰性褐土在追施150kg/hm2尿素的基础上,有机肥、无机磷、钾肥与微肥配施对色素辣椒(临猗大板椒)品质的影响。结果表明:有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施可提高色素辣椒可食部分比例、辣椒皮灰分含量和可溶性糖含量,最高值分别为92.25%、7.10%、11.57%,明显改善了色素辣椒的营养品质;有机肥、无机肥与微肥合理配施极显著提高了色素辣椒的色价值。使色素辣椒品质达到最佳时,各肥料配施的用量分别为膨化鸡粪16680kg/hm2、过磷酸钙900kg/hm2、硫酸钾510kg/hm2、硫酸锌15.0kg/hm2、硼砂15.0kg/hm2。

【Abstract】 Pigment pepper cultivar ‘Linqidabanjiao’ was applied with a mixture of organic, inorganic and trace element fertilizers as basic fertilizer and dressed twice with urine(150 kg/hm2) at the prime stages of flowering and fruitsetting to observe their growth and development on calcareous cinnamon soil in the field in Shanxi Province, and an orthogonal experimental design was arranged with 5 factors at 5 levels. The results showed that the combined application of organic fertilizer(chicken manure), inorganic fertilizer and trace element fertilizers at a proper ratio improved the proportion of edible part, the ash content and soluble sugar content of the fruit of the pigment pepper, which are 92.25% , 7.10% and 11.57% , respectively at maximum, improving obviously the nutritional quality of the pepper, and increased highly significantly the pigment value of the pigment pepper. The pigment pepper produced the best quality fruit when applied with chicken manure at 16 680 kg/hm2, superphosphate at 900 kg/hm2, potassium sulfate at 510 kg/hm2, zinc sulfate at 15.0 kg/hm2, and borax at 6.0 kg/hm2.
