基于MODIS数据的甘蔗冻害监测——以广西来宾市为例

【摘要】 2008年1月中旬~2月中旬,广西遭受了一次持续性大范围的低温雨雪冰冻天气过程,对主要的经济作物甘蔗影响很大。以来宾市为例,采用实地调查和卫星遥感监测技术相结合的方法,对甘蔗受冻害情况进行了监测和评估。首先利用多时相EOS/MODIS数据提取了甘蔗种植空间信息,在甘蔗种植区域内采用植被指数差值法,对冻害发生前后、及未发生冻害年份同期的MODIS数据进行对比分析,结果表明:灾后甘蔗NDVI数值有较大幅度的下降,说明甘蔗受灾较重。通过实地调查验证,遥感监测结论与实际情况基本一致。

【Abstract】 During the mid-January to mid-February 2008,Guangxi had a continuing large-scale low-temperature freezing damage weather process,which had brought heavy damage to a main economic crop sugarcane.The frost damage situation of sugarcane in Labin city as an example was monitored and assessed by using a field survey combined with satellite remote sensing technology.Special information of sugarcane planting was recognized based on the multi-temporal EOS/MODIS data,and then in the area where sugarcane was planted the method of vegetation index margin comparison was used to compare and analyze the MODIS data before and after the frost damage occurred,and in the same period of the years when frost damage happened and did not happen.The results showed that the NDVI values of sugarcane suffering frost damage were very low,which proved that the sugarcane had been affected heavily.The monitoring conclusions by remote sensing technology were basically the same as the results of field surveys.So this method is feasible for monitoring and assessing stratospheric frost damage to sugarcane in Guangxi.
