水分胁迫条件下橡胶树种子的萌发特性及其萌发模型的优选

【摘要】 采用清水和高渗溶液NaCl、甘露醇、PEG6000模拟水分胁迫条件,对新鲜RRIM600橡胶树种子在催芽过程中浸种6、12、18、24h,观测种子的平均发芽率(GR)、萌发指数(PI)、发芽时间(MGT)以及浸种液电导率(EC),并建立提高种子萌发特性的浸种方法。初步研究结果表明:(1)适宜的浸种处理能提高种子GR、PI和缩短种子MGT;(2)清水浸种15~16h、15~17h以及0.15g/mL的PEG6000浸种7min左右,在分别提高种子GR、PI以及缩短种子MGT方面最佳;(3)高渗浸种后,种子PI与GR、MGT关系密切,并与它们分别呈显著正、负相关,可作为种子萌发特性的可靠指标。

【Abstract】 Hevea seeds from RRIM 600 were soaked in water and hypertonic NaCl,Mannitol,PEG6000 solutions for 6 hr,12 hr,18 hr or 24 hr in the process of seed germination to observe their average germination rate(GR),potential index(PI),mean germination time(MGT)and leachate electrical conductivity(EC),based on which a better soaking method for improving germination characteristics were developed.The results showed that(1) appropriate treatments under osmosis stress could improve the GR and PI and shorten the MGT;(2) water treatment for 15~16 hr,and PEG6000 treatment with 0.15 g/ml for 7 min under osmosis stress were best in improving the GR and PI and shortening the GMT;(3) the PI of seeds treated under hypertonic solution was closely related with the GR and MGT and had significantly positive correlation with the GR but significantly negative correlation with the MGT.The PI can thus be used as a reliable index for seed germination.
