【摘要】 目的为控制甲型H1N1流感疫情,探讨了收治甲型H1N1流感的管理模式。方法应用计划、执行、检查、行动(Plan,Do,Check,Action,PDCA)循环法建立收治甲型H1N1流感管理制度,根据疫情收集资料、分析原因、制定计划、组织实施、检查管理。结果依照我国卫生部政策,完善甲型H1N1流感管理制度,做好消毒隔离,保证医疗质量,人性化管理隔离病人,有效控制了疫情流行。结论导入PDCA循环法,坚持计划、实施、检查、处理,循序渐进,是收治新发传染病管理行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the PDCA method for the hospital to manage Influenza A(H1N1) infection and to control the epidemic of influenza A.Methods PDCA(plan,do,check and action) method was used to established the management system.The management is achieved through the collection of epidemic information,data analysis,establishment of the action plans,and execution of the policy.Result In accordance with China’s Ministry of Health policy,the established influenza A(H1N1) hospital management system is a personalized management system for patient isolation and the control of epidemic outbreak.Conclusion PDCA is an effective management method for the control of emerging infections disease.更多还原
