【摘要】 目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链蛋白199(CA199)、α-L-岩藻苷酶(AFU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)等多项指标联合检测对原发性肝癌早期诊断的临床应用价值。方法采用化学发光法检测AFP、CEA和CA199;采用速率法检测AFU;用酶法检测γ-GT。结果单项AFP、CEA、CA199、AFU、γ-GT的血清水平原发性肝癌组与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单项AFP、CEA、CA199、AFU、γ-GT的血清水平原发性肝癌组与肝炎肝硬化组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AFP、CEA、CA199、AFU、γ-GT等多项指标联合检测对原发性肝癌诊断阳性率达94.12%,显著高于单项AFP阳性率68.62%(P<0.01)。结论AFP、CEA、CA199、AFU、γ-GT等多项指标联合检测可提高原发性肝癌早期诊断阳性检出率,特别是单项AFP检测阴性的肝癌患者的诊断具有重要临床实用价值和临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), CA199, α-L-fucose-glucoside(AFU) and γ-GT in diagnosis primary liver cancer.Methods The electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect AFP, CEA and CA199.The AFU was detected by rate method.The γ-GT was detected by enzyme method.Results There are significant differences between the single detection serum levels of AFP, CEA, CA199, AFU and γ-GT in primary liver cancer group and control group(P<0.05).Moreover, there are significant differences among primary liver cancer group and hepatitis group and cirrhosis group(P<0.01).The positive rate was 94.12% by combined five indexes detection to diagnose primary hepatic carcinoma.Conclusion The combined detection of AFP, CEA, CA199, AFU and γ-GT increased the positive diagnosis rate of primary liver cancer.Especially, the single AFP detection is very important to primary liver cancer diagnosis.更多还原
