【摘要】 目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清白三烯B4(LTB4)水平与心功能的关系。方法对82例CHF患者按纽约心脏病学会心功能分级标准分为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级组,根据超声心动图检查结果,将入选者分为左心室正常组(左心室舒张末期容积≤55mm)和左心室增大组(左心室舒张末期容积≥55mm),用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清LTB4含量,并与20例健康体检者进行对照。结果CHF组患者血清LTB4含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级的血清含量均高于Ⅱ级(P<0.01),左室增大组较左室正常组LTB4血清含量显著升高(P<0.01),LTB4的血清含量与CHF患者的严重程度及心脏左室增大均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论LTB4是心功能受损的敏感指标,可以作为CHF相关的非创伤性指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum LTB4 and cardiac functions in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods According to the cardiac functions as listed out in the NYHF standard,82 patients were classified as Grade Ⅱ、 Ⅲ and Ⅳ group.After echocardiography examination,the patients were then divided into normal left ventricular group(LVEDV≤55 mm) and enlarged left ventricular group(LVEDV≥55 mm).The results were compared with 20 healthy subjects in the control group.Serum LTB4 was determined by ELISA.Results The level of serum LTB4 was higher in the CHF group than the control group(P<0.01).LTB4 was also higher in Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients than the Grade II patients(P<0.01).When compared with the enlarged left ventricular group,serum LTB4 was also increased significantly in the left ventricular normal group(P<0.01).The level of LTB4 was positively correlated with the degree of severity of the cardiac functions and enlargement of the left ventrium(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum LTB4 can be used as a sensitive indicator of impaired cardiac functions.It can be used as a non-invasive indicator of CHF.更多还原
