【摘要】 目的评价美罗培南和亚胺培南治疗老年人医院肺部感染的成本-效果。方法回顾性调查87例老年人医院肺部感染患者,运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法,对美罗培南和亚胺培南治疗方案的临床疗效及成本进行分析比较。结果美罗培南组和亚胺培南组的成本分别为6384.00和8547.84元;总有效率分别为80.43%和83.72%,两者效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);成本-效果比分别为79.37和102.10。结论美罗培南治疗方案是治疗老年人医院肺部感染较经济的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the cost-effectiveness of meropenem and imipenem in treatment of hospital pulmonary infection the elderly. Methods A cost-effectiveness analysis of treatment of hospital infections in 87 elderly patients treated with meropernem and imipenem therapies. Results The cost,effective rate and cost-effectiveness ratio of meropenem group and. imipenem group were RMB 6384.00 yuan and RMB 8547.84 yuan,80.43% and. 83.72%(P>0.05) and 79.37:102.10.
