【摘要】 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管性病变中的作用及临床价值。方法96例T2DM患者分为有血管性病变组(50例)和无血管性病变组(46例),正常健康者50例为对照组,采用透射比浊法分别测定hs-CRP浓度,常规检测血脂水平。结果有血管性病变组与无血管性病变组hs-CRP水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),且有血管性病变组hs-CRP水平显著高于无血管性病变组(P<0.05);TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平组内组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论hs-CRP可作为T2DM血管性病变诊断的重要指标,具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)expression in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) complicated with vascular lesions and its clinical significance.Methods 96 cases of T2DM patients were divided into vascular disease group(50 cases)and non-vascular lesion group(46 cases),50 cases of normal healthy control,the hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were measured by transmission turbidity.Results The hsCRP levels in the vascular disease group and non-vascular lesion group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hs-CRP levels in the vascular disease group were significantly higher than that of the non-vascular lesion group(P<0.05);TC,LDL-C and HDL-C level had no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion hs-CRP can be used as diagnosis of T2DM complicated with vascular lesions,which has an important clinical value.更多还原
