膀胱移行细胞癌组织MVD和β-连环素蛋白的表达
Expression of β-catenin protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨微血管密度(MVD)和β-catenin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常膀胱黏膜和52例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CD105标记的MVD及β-catenin蛋白表达。结果10例正常膀胱黏膜和52例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中CD105标记的MVD值分别为1.78±1.28和19.22±10.16;β-catenin蛋白在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级膀胱移行细胞癌中的异常表达率分别为50.0%(10/20)、80.9%(17/21)、100.0%(11/11),膀胱移行细胞癌浸润组中β-catenin蛋白异常表达率(90.6%,29/32)显著高于表浅组(45.0%,9/20);β-catenin异常表达的癌组织中MVD值显著高于正常表达者。结论MVD是影响膀胱移行细胞癌预后的因素之一,β-catenin可能在膀胱移行细胞癌组织微血管形成中发挥作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of microvessel density(MVD)with the expression of β-catenin protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)and explore its clinical significance.Methods The expression of β-catenin protein and CD105 were measured by immunohistochemistry in 52 cases of BTCC tissues and 10 normal bladder tissues and average MVD was assessed using CD105 antibody.Results The average MVD in 10 normal bladder tissues and 52 cases of BTCC tissues was 1.78±1.28 and 19.22±10.16.The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin protein was 50.0%(10/ 20),80.9%(17/21),100.0%(11/11)in G1,G2,G3 of BTCC.The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin protein in group Ta~T1 was higher than that of group T2~T3.The MVD in the tissues with abnormal β-catenin expression was significantly higher than that of the controls.Conclusion MVD is one of the prognostic factors,while β-catenin might promote angiogenesis in BTCC Tissues.
