【摘要】 目的为探讨一种能长期保存菌种的理想方法,以便更好地为科研、教学提供标准菌株。方法将需保存的菌株纯化后,用保护剂鲜牛奶制成常用菌悬液、高浓菌悬液,分别分装菌种管中置-70℃超低温快速预冻过夜,冷冻干燥机真空干燥封口,-30℃保存。结果浓度为106～107个/ml和510～1010个/ml的菌液经15年保存后菌株的存活率分别为92.3%和100%,经20年保存后菌株的存活率分别为61.53%,98.46%。结论鲜牛奶高浓菌悬液冷冻真空干燥可长期保存各种微生物菌种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore for long-term preservation of medical bacterial strains.Methods The purified medical bacterial strains were highly purified and put into bacterial tubes after preparation of supernatant with fresh milk, then stored at ultra-low temperature of-70℃ overnight,finally sealed with freeze-drying vacuum for preservation at-30℃.Results The survival rate of bacteria preserved for 15 years at concentrations of 106～107/ml and 510～1010/ml were 92.3% and 100%,and that presercved for 20 years were 61.53% and 98.46%.Conclusion Bacterial strains can be preserved with fresh milk-mediated high concentration and vacuum freeze-drying method .更多还原
