【摘要】 目的通过建立广西鼠疫地理信息系统(GIS),对广西鼠疫流行情况进行综合分析和风险评估。方法收集广西鼠疫疫情资料、广西鼠疫监测资料、广西地理、气象和人口等资料,应用Microsofe Excel、Mapinfo8.0、ArcGIS9.2、Mapbasic 7.0等软件建立广西鼠疫流行病学的GIS数据库。结果实现对广西鼠疫相关信息的查询功能,绘制各种相关鼠疫专题地图,并对广西可能发生鼠疫流行的地区进行初步的风险评估。结论广西鼠疫地理信息系统的建立对促进广西鼠疫防治工作走向信息化、科学化和规范化具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sett up plague GIS in guangxi Province for monitoring the prevalence of plague.Methods The data concerning the prevalence of plague in Guangxi including epidemiological information,surveillance results,population information,geographic environmental information,climation information and so on were collected and sorted out,and then a epidemical GIS database of plague in Guangxi was established by aid of the softwares of Excel,Mapinfo8.0,Arc GIS9.2,Mapbasic 7.0 and so on.Results With GIS technology,the plague information could be retrieved,plague special maps were obtained and the primary risk estimation about the outbreak of plague in Guangxi was made.Conclution It is of significance in setting up the plague GIS for carrying out plague control in Guangxi in informatic,scientific and standardaized ways.更多还原
