【摘要】 目的观察卡介菌多糖联合液氮冷冻疗法治疗甲周疣的疗效。方法取本院门诊甲周疣患者60例分为试验组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗,实验组相同方法并隔日肌注卡介菌多糖针。结果对照组治愈率仅60%,复发率40%。实验组治愈率为90%,半年内无复发。结论液氮冷冻治疗甲周疣同时隔日肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液可提高治愈率,明显降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and liquefrozen on patients with verruca around nail. Methods There 30 patients with verruca around nail in the control group were treated with liquefrozen and another 30 patients with verruca around nail in the treatment group were treated as that of the control group plus intramuscular BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid every other day. Results The effective rates i in the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 60% , showing signficant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Intramuscular BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and liquefrozen is effective for treatment patients with verruca around nail with lower relase rate.更多还原
