【摘要】 目的探讨葛根黄酮对乙醇引起的肝损伤模型大鼠肝脏的保护效果。方法采用乙醇建立大鼠肝损伤模型,测定肝组织的丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,并观察肝脏的病理组织学改变。结果受试样品高、中、低剂量组大鼠肝组织的MDA含量均值分别为18.6、18.7、18.4nmol/g(肝组织),均低于肝损模型组的32.4nmol/g;TG含量分别为2.27、2.74、2.69mmol/100g(肝组织),均低于肝损模型组的4.97mmol/100g;而GSH含量分别为351.2、336.9、360.3μmoL/100g(肝组织),均高于肝损模型组的276.4μmoL/100g;各剂量组大鼠肝脏病理改变评分均值分别为51.4、61.3、102.6分,均低于肝损模型组的206.6分。结论葛根黄酮对乙醇引起的肝损伤具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effect of flavone in roots of kudzu vine on rat model of liver injury caused by alcohol. Method Rat models of alcoholic liver were established. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), triacylglycerol(TG) and reduced glutathione(GSH) in liver tissue were measured, and the pathological and histological changes of liver were observed. Results The MDA contents in liver tissue in the high, middle, and low dosage groups were 18.6、 18.7、18.4nmol/g respectively, significantly lower than that in the model control group (32.4 nmol/g). The TG contents in liver tissue in the high, middle, and low dosage groups were 2.27、2.74、2.69mmol/100g respectively, significantly lower than that in the model control group (4.97mmol/100g). while the GSH contents in liver tissue in the high, middle, and low dosage groups were 351.2、336.9、360.3μmoL/100g respectly, significantly higher than that in the model control group(276.4μmoL/ 100g). The average value of pathological changes in rat liver in the high, middle, and low dosage groups were 51.4、61.3、 102.6 respectively, significantly lower than that in the model control group (206.6). Conclusion The flavone in roots of kudzu vine has a significant protective effect on liver injury caused by alcohol.更多还原
