【摘要】 目的探讨核转录因子(nuclear factor of kappa B,NF-κB)和白细胞介素4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤(包皮)NF-κB mRNA和IL-4 mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中NF-κB mRNA和IL-4 mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达(P<0.01)。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中NF-κB mRNA的表达与IL-4 mRNA的表达呈显著相关性(r=0.43473,P=0.0338)。结论NF-κB mRNA和IL-4 mRNA的表达上调可能与尖锐湿疣发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the expression of nuclear factor of kappa B and vascular endothelial growth factor,and its relation to clinical characteristics in Condyloma acuminata.Methods Expression of NF-κB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in 24 cases with Condyloma acuminata and 19 health control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results Expression of NF-κB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA in Condyloma acuminata was significantly higher than that in health control(P<0.01).Significant correlation in Condyloma acuminata were observed between expression of NF-κB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA(r=0.43473,P=0.0338).Conclusions The overexpression of NF-κB mRNA and IL-4 mRNA can play an important role in the development and process of Condyloma acuminata.更多还原
