【摘要】 目的旨在了解汕头市成人代谢综合征(MS)及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,调查2006年1月～2007年12月汕头市30～70岁居民3680人,全部进行空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸等测定。结果调查对象MS的标化患病率为11.6%,而中心性肥胖、肥胖、糖尿病(DM)、糖调节受损(IGR)、高血压、高甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的标化患病率分别为32.1%、11.3%、10.0%、21.0%、28.4%、24.3%和3.9%。随着年龄的增加,MS各年龄组的患病率逐渐增高,其中45岁以下人群,男性MS患病率显著高于女性,55岁以下男性腹型肥胖、高血压和高TG血症患病率均高于女性,而在55岁以上人群中男女性别之间无显著差异。在30～70岁人群中2/3有不同程度的代谢异常,合并2种或2种以上代谢异常者约1/3,合并3种以上代谢异常者占1/5。结论汕头市MS的患病率较高,表现为代谢异常者以45岁以上的中老年人群为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the incidence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in adult population in Shantou City Methods The stratified randomized sampling was used to survey the indicators of fasting blood glucose and serum lipids and uric acid in 3860 residents aged 30～70 years in Shantou adults. Results The total standardized morbidity was 11.6%, and the incidence of centripetal obesity, obesity, diabetes , impaired glucose regulation, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia, low density lipoprotein and cholesterol were 32.1%、11.3%、10.0%、21.0%、28 .4%、24.3%和 3.9% respectively, the morbidity of MS increased gradually along with the age .The men morbidity under: 45 years old was significant higher than that females . The incidence of abdomenal obisity, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia in men under 55 years old was significant higher than that in females but there was not significant difference between men and females above 55 years old. There were two thirds metabolic disorders in population aged 30-70 years Conclusion The incidence of MS is higher in population aged above 45 years in Shantou City.更多还原
