糖尿病肾病的发生和进展与DNA损伤的相关性
The relationship between DNA damage in diabetic patients and the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy
【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者DNA的损伤与糖尿病性肾病(DN)的发生和进展的相关性。方法选择确诊的糖尿病(DM)患者53例,糖尿病性肾病患者36例,无糖尿病史的健康体检者45例,分别检测24h尿8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OhdG)、视黄醇蛋白(RBP)和尿肌酐(Crea)的含量,检测血清胱抑素(Cys-C)和转铁蛋白(TRF)。结果糖尿病性肾病患者和糖尿病患者尿8-OhdG含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,糖尿病性肾病患者尿8-OhdG含量高于糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者DNA的损伤与糖尿病肾病的发生和进展呈正相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between DNA damage in patients with diabetes and the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods There 53 confirmed diabetes mellitus (DM) patients, 36 kidney patients and 45 healthy subjects without the history of diabetes were inclued in this investigation. The levels of a 24-hour urine 8 - hydroxy-deoxy GMP (8 - OhdG), retinol protein (RBP) and urine creatinine (Crea) , serum cystatin (Cys-C) and transferrin (TRF) of the patients were determined and analyzed. Results The contents of 8 - OhdG in diabetic patients and diabetic nephropathy patients were significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects(P<0.01). Conclusion DNA damage in ddiabetic patients is positively correlated with the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
