【摘要】 以广州市为研究区域,在总结汽车服务业发展历程的基础上,通过实证分析,认为经过20多年的发展,目前广州市汽车服务业的空间布局特征明显,在全市不同地域空间分布不均衡,在各个区的分布也存在明显数量差异;集聚趋势显著,大部分沿城市干道分布。影响广州市汽车服务业布局的因素主要有土地成本、市场、历史、关联产业、集聚效益、政府决策6个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid growth of automotive production and consumption,the location research of automotive service becomes more and more important.This paper takes Guangzhou’s automotive service as an example. Firstly,its development background and current situation are analyzed;secondly,the spatial location features are summarized;finally,the factors which influence the distribution of Guangzhou’s automotive service are discussed. The main conclusions are:(1) During the recent 20 years,the distributional pattern of Guangzhou’s automotive service emerges,which tends to agglomerate,especially concentrates along some main roads,distributed unevenly across the urban areas.(2) The main factors that influence the spatial distributions of Guangzhou’s automotive service are:land cost,market,the history of development,relevant departments,agglomeration benefits, governmental policies & regulations.更多还原
