【Abstract】 This paper elaborates the significance of the management model in secondary institute of newly established undergraduate university.On the basis of analyzing the main problems lied in the process of management in secondary institute,the paper also proposes that secondary institute should transform ideas and pay great attention to setting up correct management awareness;base on humanism and pay great attention to cultivating the quality of the management team and teachers team;administer according to the law and pay great attention to the construction of internal operational mechanism;quantize the management and pay great attention to enhancing the benefit of school-running;coordinate development and pay great attention to improving the sustainability of reform and development in secondary institute.All these measures are to promote the management benefit of the institute.更多还原
