带式输送机改向滚筒辐板结构的优化设计
Optimal design of bend pulley’s wheel rib of belt conveyor
【摘要】 在ANSYS环境下基于拓扑优化理论,以结构最小应变能为目标,对带式输送机改向滚筒的辐板进行拓扑优化设计。然后基于拓扑优化结果设计辐板,再对其进行尺寸优化,在减轻结构质量的同时也降低结构挠度和均匀化结构应力,为今后带式输送机滚筒辐板的设计提供了理论上的参考依据。
【Abstract】 The paper takes the smallest deformation energy as the optimization objective to optimize the wheel rib of bend pulley of belt conveyor by means of topological theory under the ANSYS environment,and to derive the optimum sizes of the rib.It can result in reducing the weight of the rib and improving the structural stress.It offers theoretical reference for the design of wheel rib of bend pulley of belt conveyor.
