带式输送机起动阻力理论分析
Theoretical analysis of starting resistance of belt conveyor
【摘要】 基于粘弹性理论、弹性板力学及摩擦学原理,对输送机的起动阻力的能耗机理进行了理论分析,得出了带的粘弹性特性是造成停机后能耗的主要因素,也是造成微观滑动和粘着效应引起的启动滚动摩擦增加的重要因素,可以选用具有合理的粘弹性参数的带优化启动过程。
【Abstract】 Based on theory viscoelasticity theory,elastic board mechanics and tribological principle,the paper analyzes the energy consumption mechanism of starting resistance of conveyor,and finds out it is the belt viscoelasticity that causes energy losses after system stop,micro-sliding friction and adhesion effect that causes increase of starting rolling friction.It comes to the conclusion that choosing the suitable belt can optimize starting procedure.
