基于高通滤波器的矿井提升机滤波设计
Filtering design of mine hoist based on high-pass filter
【摘要】 提升机特点为大功率、频繁启动、周期性冲击载荷,虽采用交—直—交变频装置后有效减少了网侧谐波电流。但在提升机重载时,网侧高次谐波污染和对电网无功冲击,造成提升机过电流、欠电压等急停故障的发生,影响煤矿安全生产。因此对提升机进行滤波,提高矿井提升机和电网安全运行的可靠性意义重大。
【Abstract】 Mine hoist features high power,frequent start,cyclical impact load.AC-DC-AC frequency converter can reduce harmonic current on power grid side,but when hoising heavy load,the high-order harmonic wave on the power grid and the impact of inactive power on the power grid could cause emergency stop fault due to over-current and under-voltage.So the filtering design can improve the reliability of safe operation of mine hoist and power grid.
