【摘要】 利用气候极值范围检查、内部一致性检查、时间一致性检查、空间一致性检查等质量控制方法对自动气象站分钟数据进行质量控制,并将结果在整点发报之前及时通知台站值班人员,达到对实时数据预先质量控制的目的,从源头上消除了错误数据的产生。为了提高效率,采用了Web Service开放式体系结构,制定了统一信息接口规范,方便其它业务系统调用。结果表明:通过自动气象站实时数据预先质量控制方法,平均在整点发报前25 min左右发现自动气象站数据异常,通知台站值班人员处理后,可以在整点发报之前消除63%左右的错误数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The automatic quality control for real time data of automatic weather staton was made by using the climatic extreme range check,internal consistency check,time consistency check and spatial consistency check.The results were notified to the person on duty before sharp clock sending in time, in order to meet the purpose of quality control beforehand for real time data and eliminate the generation of error data from the source.In order to improve efficiency,Web Service open architecture was used for drawing up a unified information interface specification,which would facilitate other business systems.The results showed that data exception of automatic weather station was found around 25 min before sharp clock sending according to the method of quality control beforhand for real time data of automatic weather station.After handling by the person on duty,the error data can be eliminated 63%before sharp clock sending,.更多还原
