【Abstract】 Daming Law is brought to Korean peninsular in the latter part of Korean Dynasty. It incurs the attention of the ruling class, but it is mixed up with law of Tang and Yuan Dynasty from the twenty-fifth year of Hongwu to the sixth year of Jingtai, which leads to the confusing situation in the legal system in Korean Dynasty. When Emperor Shizu comes to the throne, he carries out legal reform, establishing Daming Law as the authoritative one and the central position among legal systems. It should not be replaced by later generations. This is the will of the Korean Dynasty, not the order of Chinese dynasty. The lasting and willing usage of the law lays the legal foundation for the unification of Chinese and Korean politics in Jiajing period.更多还原
