三江平原漂筏苔草茎的解剖结构对不同水湿生境的适应研究
Study on stem anatomy of Carex Pseudocuraica growing in different water environment of Sanjiang plain in carex genus Pseudo-curaica
【摘要】 利用石蜡切片和徒手切片法,结合光学显微镜,对三江平原3个居群漂筏苔草(Carex pseudocuraica)茎的解剖学性状进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)各居群间茎的解剖结构没有变化,均由表皮、基本组织和维管束构成。(2)应用SPSS统计软件对茎的部分特征进行分析后,发现3个居群茎的解剖学性状存在一定差异。随着水深的增加,茎粗、髓腔大小、维管束束数、导管数目、导管腔大小以及气腔个数和大小均呈上升趋势,表明该植物对湿生环境具有独特的生态适应能力。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,the anatomical observe and study on the leaf of Pseudo-curaica from five different environment in Sanjiang campagna by means of paraffin section.The leaf of Pseudo-curaica from three different environment exist the same structure.They are all made up of epidermis,mesophyll and nervure.But the different deepness of water have influence on the anatomical structure of leaf,the characters as follow: along with increase of moisture,the number of vascular bundles,the thickness of vascular bundles and leaf,the diameter of vessel and air-cavity are also increased.All of the structural change are plant’s character which adapt to plashy environment.
