气象因子对富拉尔基区居民缺血性脑血管病发病影响的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨气象因子的变化对富拉尔基区居民缺血性脑血管病发病的影响。方法通过对富拉尔基区三家大医院(覆盖全区同期住院患者95%以上)2004~2005年共2年间急性发病的脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血发作、椎-基底动脉供血不足患者入院时间进行脑卒中发病时间的特点分析,找出其日变化规律,并用t检验判断其发病与气象因子日变化的关系。结果t检验缺血性脑血管病发病与日气温差、日气压差呈明显差异性。日气温差<15℃日发患者数(x±s)=5.0±2.2,≥15℃日发患者数(x±s)=5.5±2.5,当日气温差≥15℃较<15℃明显增多(P<0.05)。日气压差<3hPa日发患者数(x±s)=4.8±2.0,日气压差≥3hPa日发患者数(x±s)=5.1±2.3,当日气压差≥3hPa较<3hPa明显增多(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病发病与日的气压和气温的变化即落差与幅度有关。气象因子可影响缺血性脑血管病的发病,日变化幅度过大易诱发缺血性脑血管病发病。

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the effect of meteorological factors on ischemic cerebrovascular diseases of Fulaerji residents.Methods Onset of the acute pathogenetic ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were examined over a 2-year period from 2004 to 2005 in Fularji(coverage whole district synchronization hospital patients above 95%)to find out ischemic cerebrovascular diseases occurrence patterns.Daily variation was analyzed in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases occurrence rule with t-test.Results T-test suggested that daily occurrence was ischemic cerebrovascular diseases manifestation variability with either daily temperature difference or barometric difference.Daily incidence(x±s)equal 5.0±2.2 to face daily temperature difference less than 15℃,daily incidence(x±s)equal 5.5±2.5 to face daily temperature difference exceed or equal 15℃,daily occurrence is ischemic cerebrovascular diseases manifestation mult to face daily temperature difference exceed or equal 15℃ compared less than 15℃(P<0.05).Daily incidence(x±s)equal 4.8±2.0 to face daily barometric difference less than 3hPa,daily incidence(x±s)equal 5.1±2.3 to face daily barometric difference exceed or equal 3hPa,daily occurrence was ischemic cerebrovascular diseases manifestation to face daily temperature difference exceed or equal 3hPa compare less than 3hPa(P<0.05).Conclusions Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases occurrence is connected with daily temperature difference or barometric difference.Meteorological factors can influence ischemic cerebrovascular disease incidence,daily variation amplitude can induce pathogenesis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
