【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对肺癌化疗患者不良反应的影响。方法选取2007年7月～2008年7月期间,广东医学院附属医院行化疗的肺癌患者72例,用随机数字表法将72例患者分为实验组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上在化疗前、化疗中、化疗后给予护理干预,并比较两组患者的满意度和不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者满意度高于对照组患者,而不良反应低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在提高肺癌化疗患者满意度、减少不良反应方面具有重要作用,是值得推广的护理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of nursing interventions on untoward reaction in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 72 lung cancer patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,from July 2007 to July 2008,were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to numerical table.The control group (36 patients) received usual care,while the experimental group (36 patients) received nursing interventions by nurses. The satisfaction rate and untoward reaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),while untoward reaction was contrary (P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively increase the satisfaction rate and decrease the untoward reaction in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.更多还原
