【摘要】 目的了解儿科听诊器的微生物污染情况,探寻有效的消毒措施。方法将儿科使用过的90个听诊器平均分成三组,分别用75%酒精、0.5%碘伏、2%消佳净消毒后进行微生物监测。结果随机抽样的90个听诊器消毒前微生物污染阳性率86.67%,并分离出6种微生物,消毒后污染阳性率降至13.33%,两者显著差异(P<0.01)。结论听诊器污染严重,用75%酒精、0.5%碘伏、2%消佳净消毒听诊器是有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the contamination of pediatric stethoscope and explore the effective sterilized measures. Methods Ninety used stethoscopes received micro-organic monitoring in pediatric department were divided into three groups, which were sterilized with 75% alcohol,0.5% Iodophors and 2% Xiaojiajing respectively. Results The positive rate of contamination of ninety stethoscopes was 86.67% and 13.33% before and after sterilization, The difference showed significance. 6 kinds of microbes were separated out before sterilization. Conclusions It shows that stethoscopes are contaminated severely in pediatric department and it is effective to sterilize stethoscopes with 75% alcohol, 0.5% Iodophors and 2% Xiaojiajing.更多还原
