【摘要】 为了使民族地区高师数学系培养的毕业生质量在新形势下(专升本院校增多,毕业生就业难)具有较强的职业竞争力,符合用人单位的需求条件,本研究报告以黔南民族师范学院数学系为个案,通过深入实际的社会调查,紧紧围绕学院的办学理念,办学定位与人才培养目标,采取积极有效的对策措施,探索改革原有的人才培养方案、模式和课程体系,在教育教学改革方面迈出重大步伐,逐步构建了民族地区高师数学专业具有一定特色的数学人才培养模式和与之相适应的课程体系,从2005年起逐步充实、完善、实施,取得了具有影响的人才培养效益,培养的学生受到用人单位的欢迎和社会各界的广泛赞誉。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper considers the situation of number increasing of colleges and difficulty in employment,and constructs a new training model and Mathematical course system reform for normal college students in minority areas distinctively based on keeping the school-teaching concept and educational aims.All of these teaching practices are implemented in Dept.of math,Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities and have obvious advantages compared with the old ones.With continued improvement,these innovations on mathematics teachers training have been carried out for 5 years since 2005,and get praise from employers and community.Moreover,this education exploration provides a precedent for the further reformation on training in the current employment situation.更多还原
