【摘要】 原油储罐罐底板防护采用牺牲阳极与防腐蚀涂料,对储罐底板起防护的协同作用,但对涂料品种的选用一旦发生偏离,其损失巨大;导静电涂料有一定的厚度要求,且有特种的底涂料配套,违反客观规律,则会产生和愿望相反的结果。提出上述两个技术问题,因涉及电化学原理,在涂料行业也属边缘学科,工程设计应按规范规定编制,如果出现一些问题,应设法加以纠正。更多还原

【Abstract】 The protective method of sacrificing positive pole and anticorrosion coating are both used in the bottom plates of oil storage tank, which is useful to the protection of the bottom plates of oil storage tank. But, the loss will be huge if the selection of coating is wrong. The static transmitting coating has certain thickness request, and needs the special corresponding bottom coating. If the objective law is violated, the result will fail. The above two questions, involving the electrochemistry principle, being the edge discipline in the coating industry, which institution of the engineering design and the standard stipulation possibly has some problems.
