乳腺肿瘤组织AQP1表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在乳腺癌组织及乳腺良性肿瘤中的表达特点,以及其在乳腺癌发生、发展中的意义。方法:收集乳腺癌136例、乳腺良性肿瘤68例,应用免疫组织化学方法测定AQP1在乳腺癌和乳腺良性肿瘤组织中表达水平及分布特点。结果:AQP1在乳腺良性肿瘤细胞及其周围的血管内皮细胞中呈低表达或不表达,但是在乳腺癌腺上皮细胞及乳腺癌组织中的血管内皮细胞呈高表达。两组AQP1阳性细胞的表达率分别为35.66±7.32和277.39±19.35,两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。同时乳腺癌组织中AQP1表达及分布存在异质性。结论:AQP1在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤组织中表达存在显著差异,AQP1在乳腺癌组织中呈过高表达,这可能与乳腺癌的恶性生物学行为有关。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the difference of the expression levels of Aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in breast cancer and benign tumors of breast and the role of AQP1 in the progress of breast cancer development primarily. METHODS:A total of 136 cases of breast cancer and 68 cases of benign tumors were gathered. The expression levels of AQP1 in breast cancer and benign tumors of breast were determined by immunohistochemisty. RESULTS:No expression or low expression level of AQP1 in benign tumors of breast and vascular endothelial cell around were observed,with high expression levels of AQP1 in breast cancer and vascular endothelial cell around. The positive rates of AQP1 were 35.66±7.32 and 277.39±19.35 in the benign tumor of breast group and breast cancer group respactively. There was a high significant difference in the expression levels of AQP1 between the two groups (P<0.001). The heterogeneous expression of AQP1 was observed in breast cancer.CONCLUSIONS:There is a high significant difference in the expression levels of AQP1 between breast cancer and benign tumors of breast. The high expression level of AQP1 in breast cancer tissue may be related to the biological aggressive behavior.
