无水乙醇对兔神经血管灭活与修复影响的观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨无水乙醇灭活神经血管的损伤及修复过程,为临床利用该方法治疗四肢侵袭性肉瘤提供动物实验依据。方法:无菌条件下显露大白兔股动静脉及坐骨神经,游离至外膜后以无水乙醇灭活20 min,分别于灭活后当时及1、6、8周后取材,观察大白兔下肢功能并在光镜下观察组织损伤及修复情况。结果:无水乙醇灭活后血管损伤不累及内膜,外膜部分坏死,肌层水肿,1周后肌层水肿减轻,6周后肌层水肿消退,8周后完全恢复正常;神经损伤限于鞘膜层,1周后神经外膜水肿减退,6周后完全恢复正常。灭活后大白兔下肢无缺血性坏死及肢体功能障碍。结论:无水乙醇灭活神经血管在动物实验中具有较好的可行性和安全性,可以尝试用于治疗四肢侵袭性肉瘤。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the procedures of anhydrous alcoholic in devitalization of neural and vascular vessels in order to provide some proofs for clinical utility in patients with invasive sarcomas.METHODS: The femoral vessels and sciatic nerve were exposed with outer layer surrounded by anhydrous alcohol for 20 minutes.The specimens were obtained immediately after devitalization,1 week after devitalization,6 weeks and 8 weeks after that,and the function of the rabbits’ lower extremities was observed and the specimens were investigated with microscopy in order to illustrate the injuries and repair of tissues after the devitalization.RESULTS: No mucous injury was observed after the alcoholic devitalization,the outer layer demonstrated partial necrosis,and edema was observed in median layer of vessel wall.Edema decreased in 1 week,diminished in 6 weeks and the vessels and nerves returned normality in 8 weeks.Edema in epineurium decreased in 1 week,returned normality in 6 weeks.No limb necrosis was observed in the lower extremities,and the dysfunction of the limb was retained in 3 weeks.CONCLUSIONS: Anhydrous devitalization of neural and vascular vessels is safe and accessible in this animal experimental study,and so,this kind of method could be taken into consideration in clinical work.
