【摘要】 为了评价和观察伊立替康(CPT-11)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)与亚叶酸钙(LV)双周方案(FOLFIRI)治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应,对56例转移性结直肠癌患者采用FOLFIRI双周方案治疗,剂量为CPT-11180mg/m2,静脉滴入90min,d1,LV200mg/m2,静脉滴入,d1,d2,5-FU400mg/m2,静脉推注,d1,d2,5-FU600mg/m2,持续静脉滴入22h,d1,d2,14d为1个周期。54例可评价疗效,CR1例,PR17例,SD23例,PD13例,有效率33.3%。不良反应主要为延迟性腹泻、中性粒细胞减少及胆碱能综合征。初步研究结果提示,FOLFIRI双周方案治疗转移性结直肠癌疗效肯定,安全性好,不良反应可耐受,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and side-effects of irinotecan(CPT-11)plus fluorouracil/leucovorin(FOLFIRI)in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.Fifty-six patients with metastatic colorectal cancer were treated with irinotecan 180 mg/m2,ivgtt d1;LV 200 mg/m2 ivgtt d1,d2;5-FU 400 mg/m2,bolus d1,d2,and 600 mg/m2,civ,22 h,d1,d2;two weeks per cycle.In 54 evaluable patients,one case showed complete response,17 cases partial response,23 cases stable disease and 13 cases had progress of disease.The response rate was 33.3%.The side-effects were mainly acetylcholine syndrome,delayed diarrhea and neutropenia.Conclusion,CPT-11/5-FU/LV(FOLFIRI)regimen is an effective and well tolerated treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer and has promising clinic application.更多还原
