河北省食管癌高低发区域人体内外环境化学元素含量分析

【摘要】 目的:从土壤化学元素含量分布和人体体液、组织化学元素富集规律,探讨食管癌死亡率地域性分布与化学元素的关系,为食管癌的防治提供科学依据。方法:采用WFX-1D型原子吸收分光光度计测定河北省食管癌高发区磁县和低发区赤城土壤、当地居民唾液、头发、指甲中铜、锌、铁、钙、镁元素含量。结果:1)磁县土壤铜、锌含量分别高于赤城;土壤铁、镁含量和铜/锌比值低于赤城,差异均有统计学意义,t=2.167~25.94,P=0.034~0.000;2)磁县居民唾液铜、铁、镁含量及铜/锌比值均高于赤城,而锌含量低于赤城,t=3.143~9.266,P=0.007~0.000;3)磁县居民头发中铜含量及铜/锌比值高于赤城,铁含量低于赤城,t=2.425~8.663,P=0.013~0.000;4)磁县居民指甲中锌含量高于赤城,t=3.103,P=0.006;而铜/锌比值低于赤城,t=3.542,P=0.006;两地土壤、居民唾液、头发、指甲中钙含量差异均无统计学意义,t=1.954~0.140,P=0.058~0.981。结论:土壤化学元素含量的差异可能是河北省食管癌死亡率呈明显地域性分布的重要因素之一。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation of mineral and trace element concentrations in the earth and body fluid and the distribution of esophageal cancer mortality,so providing the evidences for the prevention of esophageal cancer.METHODS:Copper,zinc,iron,calcium and magnesium contents in the earth and the residents’ saliva,hair and nail were detected in a high risk area of esophageal cancer in Cixian Country,and a low risk area of Chicheng Country by WFX-1D atomic absorption spectrophtometer.RESULTS:1)The concentrations of copper and zinc in the earth of Cixian Country were significantly higher than those of Chicheng Country,while the concentrations of iron,magnesium,rate of copper/zinc were lower,t=2.167-25.94,P=0.034-0.000;2)The concentrations of copper,iron,magnesium,rate of copper/zinc in the saliva of residents of Cixian Country were significantly higher than those of Chicheng Country,while the concentrations of zinc was lower,t=3.143-9.266,P=0.007-0.000;3)The concentrations of copper,rate of copper and zinc in the hair of residents of Cixian Country were significantly higher than those of Chicheng Country,while the concentrations of iron was lower,t=2.425-8.663,P=0.013-0.000;4)The concentration of zinc in the nail of residents of Cixian Country was significantly higher than that of Chicheng Country,t=3.103,P=0.006.For in the earth,saliva,hair and nail the concentrations of calcium,there was no significant difference between the high and low areas,t=1.954-0.140,P=0.058-0.981.CONCLUSION:The difference of mineral and trace element concentrations in the earth may be associated with the great regional variation in the esophageal cancer mortality in Hebei Province.
