【摘要】 宗规族训是家族制订、借助尊长权威施行、要求家族成员共同遵守的各种行为规范和规章制度的总称,是随着家庭、家族的产生发展而出现的一种管理和教化形式,其敦族睦邻教化主要包括和睦族党、友善乡曲、乐善好施等内容。在教化途径方式上,强调立品行端正的族长家长以正身率下,通过家族组织施行教化,注重日常道德养成教育,情法并用、奖惩结合,设宗会宣讲族训、圣谕以相互规诲等。宗规族训敦族睦邻教化对中国传统社会治理产生了深远影响,有助于家庭生活的健康进行、家业的兴建及封建宗法社会的稳定和发展,有助于化解邻里矛盾、促进社会和谐,安定社会秩序,达到家齐而国治的目标。扬弃这笔伦理、法律文化遗产,对当今社会治理、家庭教化尤其是和谐社会构建具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clan regulations and mottos is a general term of all kinds of norms of behavior and rules and regulations which clan draws up,puts into force with the help of elders’ authority and requires family members to comply with;It is the form of management and cultivation with the appearance and development of the family and clan.Its Clan good-neighborly cultivation mainly includes harmonizing the clan Party,fraternizing through rural music,helping with charity and so on.In the way of cultivation,it stresses on setting up a chief with good conduct to example the people under,conducting cultivation through family organization,emphasizing the education of forming their good habits in their daily lives,the using of emotion and law,the combining of rewards and punishments,establishing the clan Mission to preach clan mottos and imperial decree to make people admonish each other.Clan good-neighborly cultivation of clan regulations and mottos has made a profound impact on the governance of traditional Chinese community.It contributes to the smooth proceeding of the family life,the construction of family business and the stability and development of feudal patriarchal social,it also helps to resolve neighborhood conflicts,to promote social harmony,to stabilize social order,and to reach the goal of families regulated and the state well governed.To sublate this ethics and legal heritage contains positive significant in the governance of today’s society,in the family cultivation,and in constructing a harmonious society in particular.更多还原
