超低热值燃料微型燃气轮机中压气机的流场分析与性能预测
The Analysis of Flow-field and the Predication of Performance of a Compressor in a Gas Turbine System Utilizing Ultra-low Heat Value Fuel
【摘要】 介绍了超低热值燃料微型燃气轮机系统中压气机的特点,模拟了其流场,预测了其工作性能,并与前人研究的具有相似流量的压气机作了流场与性能的对比。最终得到:小流量大轮径是此类压气机的结构特点;与小轮径压气机相比,流动较难控制;高效率区向高转速方向延伸并且远离喘振线。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the characteristics of the compressor in a gas turbine system utilizing ultra-low heat value fuel,simulated the flow-field and the performance,and compared with the previous compressor with similar mass flow.The results indicate that small mass flow and large impeller diameter are the structural characteristics;it is difficult to control the flow compared to the small impeller diameter compressor;zones of more efficiency extend to high-speed condition and they are far from the surge line.
